having come from french ancestry (and...you know...lived in france for a large amount of his life) carlisle scarborough opened a restaurant in canada. it had been extremely successful in france, but change is always necessary to success. from the alluring aromas to the delicate decoration, everything about this place is one hundred percent elegant. the only downfall is the expense, but scarborough's is essentially used for formal dinners. if you want to wow your date, or have an elegant family collaboration, this is the place to do it.
